My intention is always to provide a safe environment where my clients can comfortably lean into emotions and feelings that may not feel ok in the outside world. I offer a holistic, individualized approach to meeting my clients where they are and developing a relationship with them. I strongly believe that each client holds the keys to his or her well-being.
My private practice office is located in Montecito, CA.
I currently see clients in-person in Santa Barbara and via telemedicine throughout California.
